Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure checkout page. Prices include Spanish VAT; if you enter your company's VAT number, the VAT that applies is used and the invoice is issued to your company.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from “My account › Subscription”. Plan changes are prorated; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What is a token?
The unit AI work is measured in (Sonnet engine): roughly three quarters of a word. The allowance is per user per day and resets every day at midnight (Madrid time).
Is pricing per user?
Yes. Each person on your team has their own account and plan; you can mix plans and share dashboards and studies in groups.
What happens if I use up my daily AI allowance?
AI features pause until the allowance resets at midnight (Madrid time). The rest of the platform — dashboards, statistics, funding and alerts — keeps working as usual.
How many export studies can I run?
Blue360 includes 5 full studies a month. The allowance resets monthly and is separate from the daily token allowance. If you need more, you can buy extra studies that never expire.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Mandatory two-step verification, encrypted connections, encrypted backups and GDPR compliance. We explain it in detail on the Security page.
